CRM Manager – New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY:
Develop integrated marketing programs & plans for the ESCADA Brand by defining the strategic vision of all out bound customer communication through CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with brand marketing team to define seasonal strategies
  • Grow and maintain the ESCADA customer database through the development of acquisition, retention and win-back strategies centered around effective lifecycle management.
  • Develop a CRM strategy that supports customer, product and financial goals
  • Review financial forecasts and respond to sales opportunities and risks
  • Lead activities across cross functional teams (Store Operations, Merchandise Planning,
  • Customer Service, IT, Direct) to ensure operation coordination and flawless execution of CRM campaigns
  • Review performance reports results in order to make recommendations for future CRM programs
  • Tracks competitive programs and marketplace trends and keep abreast of CRM best practices
  • Other project and responsibilities as assigned

COMMUNICATIONS & RETAIL SUPPORT:

  • Own marketing campaigns (e-mailing & mailing) for the Americas Region for both retails and ecommerce client database with strong alignment to HQ.
  • Own yearly retail and online CRM strategy, planning, coordination and execution with strong alignment to HQ for the Americas region
  • Planning and management of CRM budgets

PROJECTS:

  • Coordinate and support digital projects. Align with HQ, ecommerce manager and find cross channel engagement programs for existing database plus new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with brand marketing team to define seasonal strategies
  •  Lead activities across cross functional teams (Store Operations, Merchandise Planning, Customer Service, IT, Direct) to ensure operation coordination and flawless execution of CRM campaigns

CRM/CLIENT INTELLIGENCE :

  • Database management, ensure database quality
  • Grow and maintain the ESCADA customer database through the development   of acquisition, retention and win-back strategies centered around effective lifecycle management
  • Produce operational & strategic analysis on CRM best practices.
  • Own the implementation & follow-up clientele program. Report the KPI’s on client profiles and take necessary actions to increase new client acquisition/registrations in the CRM platform.
  • Use client insights to maximize communication actions and operations for existing clients.

SERVICES:

  • Constant communication and onboarding activities with stores on salesforce CRM/PEARL 
  • Develop service initiatives and help stores defining and implementing their service action plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
  • 5+ years related experience in CRM marketing or advertising with Sales Force Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • 3+ years of experience in creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, setting up automations and client journey with Salesforce Marketing cloud.
  • Hands on experience with CRM analytics and reporting. 
  • 5+ years CRM experience specific to retail and wholesale fashion company with conceptualizing and executing offline/in store and online CRM campaigns/programs
  • Exposure and understanding of a variety of IT infrastructure related topics
  • High degree of proficiency MS EXCEL/MS ACCESS, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, presentation, project management & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team\
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
